Changing or cancelling
When you can move an appointment yourself, when you can cancel, and how much notice we ask for.

Moving your appointment
You can move it yourself until 12 hours before it starts. Open your booking from the link in your confirmation email and pick another time.
After that, message us. We will almost always find you something, but it stops being a button and becomes a conversation, because at that point the day is already planned around you.
Cancelling
You can cancel yourself at any point before your appointment starts. There is no cut-off, and the button does not disappear on you.
That is deliberate. If something happens the night before, telling us is better than not turning up, and we would rather know at any hour than find out by waiting.
How much notice helps
The time you booked is taken off the calendar and held for you, so the earlier you tell us, the better the chance somebody else can take it. That matters most for long appointments and for ones where we are travelling to you.

If we have to change something
If the studio needs to move or cancel your appointment we tell you as soon as we know, and we offer you another time.
