Every style has a published price, from $50 upward across 53 styles. The price you see when you book is the price held to; nothing is added afterwards except travel to your address, which is shown before you confirm.
Online, in six steps: the style, the options, where, when, your details, and a review before anything is sent. You get an email straight away with everything you chose, and the studio confirms the time. The days offered come from the studio's own calendar, so a time you can pick is a time that is free.
Yes, $30, and it comes off the total on the day. The time is held for 120 minutes while you pay; if the deposit is not paid the time goes back on the calendar and nothing is charged.
Between 30 min and 5 h 30 depending on the style and the size. The time shown against each style is the time actually booked in the calendar, not an optimistic estimate, so the appointment ends when it says it will.
Yes, for 10 of the 53 styles. Mobile braiding covers Toronto and Mississauga, and travel is priced by where you are and shown before you confirm. A chair, good light and a power outlet is all that is needed.

Hair is included in most styles. Where it is not, the style page says so before you book, and the studio will tell you what to bring.
Yes. There is a box in the booking form for a child and their age, which is there so the braider can plan the appointment around them rather than being surprised on the day.
You can move it yourself up to 12 hours before it starts, using the link in your email. You can cancel yourself at any point before it starts.
Yes, in full, if you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours it is not refunded: it pays for a slot the studio held for you and could not offer to anybody else at that notice. If the studio cancels, you are refunded in full whatever the notice.
Message the studio on Instagram with a photograph of what you want and somebody will tell you which style it is and what it costs. That is also how colour work, rings and custom sets are arranged.
