Prices

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars. Each service shows the price and how long the appointment takes. Synthetic hair is included in most styles, and the service says which.

Before you send your request you see the whole breakdown: the style, every option you chose, the travel fee if we are coming to you, and the total. Nothing is added afterwards.

The price you are shown at booking is the price we hold you to, even if our prices change before your appointment.

A request, not an instant booking

Sending the form does not confirm a time. It holds that time while the studio looks at it, and a person replies to confirm, offer another time, or say no.

You are told either way, by email. Nothing is charged when you send a request.

Coming to you

Appointments at your address carry a travel fee. The site checks your postcode while you book and shows you the exact amount before you send anything. If you are outside the area it says so rather than guessing, and you can message us.

Your confirmation

When your booking is confirmed we email you a copy of everything you agreed to: the service, the options you chose, the date, the time, the location, the full price, and these terms as they stood that day. Keep it. It is your record of the agreement.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.
